We want to thank everyone who nominated themselves or others for one of our Actsafe Gives Back safety training packages. We had an overwhelming response which, with a limited budget, made for a very difficult decision-making process. The winners were announced in our monthly update email in January 2021.

*Who is Maureen Kaake?
Maureen “Mo” Kaake worked for Actsafe Safety Association for over 15 years until June 2021 when she lost her battle with cancer. Maureen was so passionate about the work that Actsafe does in helping to get the industry trained that we felt having the Welcome to the Industry training package be in her name was the best way to honour her. May Maureen’s strength, resilience, and passion be an inspiration to all.
