This is the online exam for the MPPIA Motion Picture Industry Orientation course which you must attend to take this exam.

This exam is open-book. Once you have successfully completed this online exam, your certification will be automatically uploaded to your profile.

Steps to gain access to the MPIO online exam:

OPTION A:

      1. Log into your profile:
        1. ALREADY HAVE A PROFILE: log into STAR with your credentials at actsafestar.ca
        2. DO NOT HAVE A PROFILE: One was created for you, please look for an activation email with an activation link sent by our STAR System OR create your own profile here.

**If you completed the classroom portion of MPIO at InFocus Film School, Capilano University, Langara College, or Vancouver Film School, please allow for 2 business days for administrative processes.

      1. Once you are logged in, click on the STORE tab.
      2. Here you will find the MPIO online exam that you can purchase for $50 + GST.
